  • At Hayes Knight, direct access to a Client Service Director is always available.
  • We understand that you are the sole judge of our performance. If anything we do lets you down, we respect absolutely your right to withhold the fee.
  • When you come to us, you will not be kept waiting any longer than three minutes for an appointment, providing you are on time. If we don't meet this promise, the first hour of our time will be free.
