Aaron Wallace joined Hayes Knight in 1994 and has been exposed to a diverse range of accounting and advisory disciplines. With this experience and unique skill sets, Aaron leads our Business Improvement team, and in February 2006, he was made a Director.

Aaron’s roles have included auditing and 2 ½ years outside of public practice in a financial management leadership role of a FTSE listed entity whilst travelling abroad.  Through these positions Aaron has gathered an appreciation of the practical issues facing business owners and has developed expertise in providing due diligence, business valuations, wealth creation, succession planning and financial modelling services.

Aaron is a member of the Institute of Directors and brings strong governance to his clients whilst also sharing his knowledge in various business publications and public speaking roles.  Aaron specialises in the Manufacturing, Food, Healthcare, Viticulture, and Construction sectors.

Aaron is also a member of the Hayes Knight Management Board.
