Colin Henderson

Colin Henderson joined Hayes Knight as an Audit Director in 2003, after several years in one of the large international Chartered Accounting Firms.

An experienced auditor with almost 20 years experience in statutory audits, limited reviews, internal audit, risk consulting, due diligence, process and controls assurance.  He also more recently been helping many of his clients with the difficult transition to  International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). 

Colin is quickly able to identify financial issues and is proactive in assisting his clients meet the required disclosure and regulatory requirements, as well as add value to their business through improved controls and good governance. Within Hayes Knight Colin sits on the firm's Management Board, jointly heads up the Audit team and is responsible for Risk and Quality for the practice.
