Tristan Dean joined Hayes Knight in 1995 and has been a Director since 2000. While acting for a broad range of clients, he brings to the firm specialised knowledge in the technology and health sectors.

He has expertise in tax, business restructuring, forecasting, management accounting, business development, NZ-IFRS, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, offshore expansions and negotiations.
