Starting as a graduate in 1992, Matthew Bellingham has been a Director since 1997. Matthew was integral in developing the popular Knowledge Shop service, an online network that provides practical and helpful resources to the accounting profession.

Matthew has experience in the areas of: business planning, planning for growth, profitability analysis, financial improvement, budget and cash flow management, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, business restructuring and corporate governance.

Matthew is Chairman of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA) Public Practice Advisory Board, which is the national board that is responsible for advising NZICA on all matters in respect of accountants in public practice. He is also Chairman of Judges for the Auckland North Business Awards, a trustee of North Harbour Stadium, Vice President of the North Harbour Club and was the Chairperson of the Albany Business Association from 2003 to 2008.

As well as having extensive experience as a director of several companies and not-for-profit boards, Matthew is also regularly invited to speak at business seminars and authors business improvement articles for a number of publications.
