Tristan Dean joined Hayes Knight in 1995 and has been a Director since 2000. Tristan works closely with a broad range of clients with specialised knowledge in the technology, food manufacturing and health sectors.

Tristan has expertise in the areas of tax, business restructuring, forecasting, offshore expansions, negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations and business development.

A regular presenter at Knowledge Shop training sessions, Tristan has presented for the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA) on the topics of business restructuring and business ethics. Tristan also sits on the Hayes Knight Management Board.
