• At Hayes Knight, direct access to a Client Service Director is always available.
• We understand that you are the sole judge of our performance. If anything we do lets you down, we respect absolutely your right to withhold the fee.
• When you come to us, you will not be kept waiting any longer than three minutes for an appointment, providing you are on time.
