ANNUAL QUESTIONNAIRES

As part of the financial year-end requirement Hayes Knight clients will need to complete a questionnaire for each business entity and each individual for whom Hayes Knight prepares an income tax return.

This year we have three alternatives for you, to match your differing needs.  The choice is up to you.

You can:

1. Request a paper copy of our questionnaire.
2. Receive a handy Hayes Knight folder, complete with checklists and handy hints to make the gathering of information easier.
3. Use our secure on-line questionnaire which will automatically modify as you put your answer in so you don't have to sift through screeds of questions.
