Statutory Financial Reporting Announcement for Large Companies Further to the debate caused by the recent discussion document proposals we are delighted to advise that the Government has listened to submissions such as those made by Hayes Knight and others. As a result they have announced that large private companies will not be require to file their annual financial statements on the public record.
