Who/What is a related party?
A party is considered to be related if they can control or exert significant influence over a board of trustees. This usually includes the key management personnel at the school and their close family. Key management personnel are those people who are responsible and have authority for planning directing or controlling the activities of the school and include the Principal, committee members, and the board of trustees. In addition a related party may include associate, deputy, or assistant principals, the executive officer and any heads of departments with employing or contracting responsibilities.
