- We aim for at least 20 hours over the required 20 hours of structured training per year. That’s over 40 hours training per year for every member of the professional team.
- Training is tailored to fit different team member levels within the business.
- A mixture of technical, personal and skills booster training courses are offered through a range of in-house and external courses as well as on the job training.
- Support and mentoring as well as access to in-house experience and technical experts is available to help you complete the NZICA (CAANZ) Professional Competence programme. We are proud of our 100% pass rate and our support and mentoring programme is also well regarded by external candidates.
Professional Qualifications Support
We know how important attaining your CA qualifications are and therefore take our role seriously to support at the start of your career. As well as of course paying the relevant fees, we use a series of facilitated workshops to share ideas among the team and help you along the way. We use some in-house expertise we have with NZICA’s (CAANZ’s) professional competency programme to help make sure you are at your best at exam time, but also importantly, are continually growing as a professional.
