Hayes Knight continues to operate throughout all of the Covid 19 alert levels and you can contact the team using the main office line, direct dial phone lines or email.
At alert levels 3 and 4 our office will be closed and all meetings will be conducted online. You can forward records to us via post, email or upload documents into our new client portal. Please talk to our portal administrator Vania Crosby on 09 448 3250 if you need help to set your client portal up.
At alert levels 1 and 2 our Albany and Newmarket offices will be open. Meetings will be either online or in person following government guidelines on numbers and social distancing. Records may also be dropped into either office and placed at a contactless drop point. If you are visiting our office and having contact with the team, you will be required to complete a personal registration and health declaration for contact tracing purposes.
